During the phone call, we clarify the initial details and set out your rough ideas and wishes regarding the shoot. We will also arrange a preliminary meeting.

For us, a preliminary talk with you is the basis for a successful, professional and, above all, relaxed process on the day of the shoot. We can have the preliminary talk in our studio, over a coffee at the cozy Volkertmarkt or, if you prefer, via video call. In addition to getting to know each other, we will discuss your ideas regarding the photos, collect ideas regarding visual language and look and also include your corporate design in all considerations. We will clarify the following questions, among others:

• Purpose - What do you need the personal brand photos for?
• Image content - What should be photographed?
• Image effect - What should your corporate images look like?
• Location - Where should the photos be taken?
• People - Should other people be involved in the shoot?
• Styling & make-up - What should you wear for the shoot and is it a good idea to have yourself professionally styled?

The shooting day runs as planned in the preliminary meeting. Are you nervous before the shoot? Many people are - but don't worry, we'll ensure a relaxed atmosphere. During the shoot, we will communicate actively and you will receive instructions from us regarding facial expressions and posture. We take photos in different poses and settings in order to have a comprehensive set of photos.

If you have booked the BASIC package, you will receive the photos in an online gallery with all the photos taken and you simply send us your selection. The selected photos will be professionally edited and enhanced by us. Skin blemishes and shiny spots on the skin are removed. The other packages include all the successful photos we take during this time - also retouched and enhanced, of course.

You will receive the invoice together with the finished photos and simply send us the money by bank transfer.

We usually send the digital personal brand photos after 2 weeks at the latest. You will receive the edited and optimized photos by e-mail as a download link. The photos are supplied in two versions: one in high print resolution and one for use on the web.
