Once we have clarified the rough details, we will be happy to send you a non-binding quote. As soon as you have confirmed this, we will fix the date.

2. Preparation

For us, a preliminary discussion with those responsible for the event is the basis for a successful and professional process. Together we will discuss your ideas regarding the event photos and clarify the event schedule in detail. It would help us a lot if you could send us a written schedule in advance so that we have a rough idea of the program and the venue at the planning stage. Depending on the size of the event, an additional photographer can also be booked to capture the action. Would you like a photo box for fun memories of the event? Talk to us - we can organize that for you too!

3. The event

By planning well in advance, we should have all the details sorted out. However, we ask you to name one or two people for the day of the event with whom we can coordinate and who will be our contact persons on site. Program items may change and spontaneous photo opportunities may arise - we will be in direct contact with you on the day of the event so that we can react accordingly.

4. Photo selection & delivery

After the event, we will select the best photos (at least 30 photos per hour - but usually a few more) and you will receive the photos professionally edited and optimized via WeTransfer or an online platform of your choice within 3 working days. You need the photos faster? Talk to us about it. Even if you need the photos during the company celebration - a colleague from our team will edit the photos directly on site and you can present the event photos live to the audience.

5. The payment

You will receive the invoice together with the finished photos and simply pay it by bank transfer.

    FAQ | Frequently asked questions

    How long does it take until we receive the finished event photos?

    The processing time may vary, but you will usually receive the final photos within three days of the event. We also offer an express service for an additional charge if you need the photos during the event. Please let us know in advance.

    Are the photos edited?

    Yes, all photos are professionally edited. Editing includes color adjustments, cropping and brightness adjustments.

    May we use the images for marketing purposes?

    Yes, as a customer you generally receive full usage rights to the images and can use them for marketing, PR, social media and other purposes. We clearly define this in advance in the contract.

    What happens if the photographer falls ill on the day of the event?

    We have a large network of colleagues who can also step in for us at short notice in an emergency.

    How can I ensure that all important moments are captured?

    A detailed briefing in the run-up to the event is crucial for us. We discuss the schedule and key moments of the celebration in advance. We also stay in close contact with you during the event so that we don't miss any important moments.

    Can we indicate specific requests for certain types of photos?

    Yes, you are welcome to give us specific instructions on what types of photos you need, be it group photos, portraits of the speakers, detailed shots of exhibition stands or special moments during the event.

    How early should we book an event photographer?

    It is advisable to book us as early as possible to ensure that we are available on your desired date. Booking several months in advance is ideal, especially for large or important events and especially in the months of May, June and September, October and December. We are usually fully booked very early in these months.

    Is the photographer present during the entire event?

    This depends on the package booked and the individual agreements. You can book us for the entire event or only for certain key times.

    Can the photographer also record videos?

    We also offer video services and work together with videographers. If you would like video recordings of your event, please contact us and we will find a solution.

    Can we get the raw files of the photos?

    No, unfortunately, we only deliver the finished photos. If you would like individual photos in raw format, please let us know and we will find a solution.

    What happens if the event lasts longer than planned?

    We are very flexible on the day of the event and are happy to stay longer and discuss in advance how overtime will be handled. We usually have an hourly rate for additional working hours. However, we always state this in the contract.
